Stationery/Uniform

When your child starts school they will be issued a stationery pack with everything they need. This can be paid at the office.

Please visit the school office to purchase your child's uniform.

We have EFTPOS facilities (we are a cashless school). Alternatively you can set up an automatic payment schedule, just come and talk to our office staff.

TE ĀKAU KI PĀPĀMOA SCHOOL UNIFORM EXPECTATIONS:

All students are expected to wear TAKP school uniform items:

TAKP school polo/short/skort/hoodie for day to day wear.
PE/House shirts should be worn for PE lessons, and sports events, wearing these at the appropriate times earns house points!
School sunhats are to be worn outside in Terms 1 and 4.
Clearly name all of your child’s items.
Simple sleeper/stud earrings may be worn.
No cosmetics/make up will be worn by students while in school uniform.
Individual application to the principal may be made in writing for any variation to this procedure – for example, the wearing of artefacts of cultural or religious significance.

The use of the school's ICT equipment is a privilege and as such the equipment must be treated with respect.

* My child will seek permission from the teacher before using IT equipment and the Internet.
* My child will access the Internet for learning only and not download any software.
* My child will keep food and drink away from all ICT equipment and use the equipment with care.
* My child will seek help from a teacher if there is a problem with the ICT equipment or inappropriate or offensive materials.
* My child will not bring any data collection devices to school (CDs, Discs, and USB flash drives).
